  • Reclaim Western Lands for the States

RECLAIM OUR WESTERN LANDS - Western states economies suffer most from the Federal ‘land grab.’ Today, the Federal government controls over 64% of the state of Utah and over 50% of all lands in the “western states.” An energy rich state, Utah needs income from land use i.e. oil, gas, and coal leases; grazing and farm leases, income from recreation lands. Utahns pay a state income tax and property taxes, yet Utah ranks among the nation’s lowest for per-student funds. Revenue from our lands would fund Utah’s economy including our schools and as well relieve the people’s tax burden. All citizens concerned about federal land trust and states’ rights issues, come and learn from our notable Conference Speakers.

  • Constitutional Sheriffs

SHERIFFS WHO SERVE AND PROTECT THE PEOPLE - The county sheriff is the line in the sand. The county sheriff is the one who can say to the feds, “Beyond these bounds you shall not pass.” Not only within the sheriff’s authority; it’s the sheriff’s sworn duty.  Richard Mack, speaker, organized the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association, CSPOA, an organization to unite sheriffs and police officers who honor their oath to uphold and defend the constitutions of the United States and their own state. CSPOA is an association of honorable men and women committed to set our nation free with a movement guaranteed to remain both peaceful and effective. The CSPOA Slogan: To Serve The People and Protect Their Rights.

  • Sound Money

SOUND MONEY - Our unalienable rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness require the right to own, use, and transfer property. Money is a medium of exchange that represents property or value. Money allows people in society to exercise their inherent rights. The most common natural money is precious metal coin because it retains its value independent of government. Metal coin is uniform, durable and can be transported. This promotes prosperity and unity in any community that upholds this standard. Learn how all sovereign states can fulfill their responsibility to provide and maintain stable currencies. Thomas Jefferson “The trifling economy of paper [money], weighs nothing in opposition to the advantages of the precious metals…"

  • Constitution & States’ Rights

CONSTITUTION & STATES’ RIGHTS - The Founding Fathers gave Americans a new republic with clear-sighted hope for religious liberty and unlimited economic opportunity. Today, as our faith, hope, and opportunities dwindle, we experience turmoil. Why? Our Constitution has been changed. Conference seminars show you what our Founders put into our Constitution to Protect the People through States’ Rights. Learn how their blueprint for success has been dismantled - what the states can do to restore strong states and limit the national government to its enumerated powers. Learn the simple but imperative steps you can take to restore America to a protected land of virtue, liberty, prosperity, and peace.

  • Faith, Virtue & Freedom

FAITH, VIRTUE, AND FREEDOM - What is the secret behind America's unsurpassed record of prosperity, protection and liberty? It’s a secret that Columbus, George Washington and Ronald Reagan shared. What qualities produced a people able to taste the blessings from the "just and holy principles" upon which America was founded? Religion, our most basic freedom, is under attack. Our Founders established a Constitution that gave us the freedom to choose our own religion and how we worship God. Refresh your faith as you learn the secret behind the passion of our Founding Fathers who fought and died for “Freedom of Religion.” They never separated God and the worship of God from the wellspring of this Nation.
